I was just trying to find some basic info, but the menus felt really messy on my phone. It’s frustrating because people should be able to access simple details quickly without having to dig around or fight with the layout...

I’ve been using Nestle products for years, i’ve never really had any major problems with them. It’s literally one of those brands I grew up seeing at home, so I tend to trust it more than some random new brand I’ve never heard of.

The website is straightforward too. If I need to look something up or check product info, I can usually find what I need without getting annoyed or clicking around forever.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some products do feel a bit more expensive these days, and not everything is really my taste. But overall, I still think it’s a solid brand...

I like a few Nestle products, so I figured I’d just hop on the site, search, and quickly see where to buy them. But my usual shortcut is simple: if a product page exists, I assume it’ll either be in stock or tell me where I can get it. A bunch of the items I looked at didn’t seem available, or there wasn’t a clear place to buy them. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it got annoying fast when I was just trying to find something and move on.

I ordered a few things and the box showed up crushed. One of the packs had split open a little too. The items themselves were mostly okay, but the packaging feels kinda cheap and not the best for shipping

I still buy Nestle stuff here and there, but it doesn’t make me feel great. Their whole ethical sourcing info comes off vague, like some corporate spin-machine nonsense, and I’m not sure I trust it. I just wish they’d be way more upfront about where their ingredients actually come from.

It took a few days to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. They did eventually answer my question, so I’ll give them that, but the lack of updates in between wasn’t great. If this keeps happening, I’d probably start looking elsewhere.

I placed my order and it showed up quickly, everything was in good shape and I didn’t have any problems.

They were fresh enough, I guess, and the quality seemed fine... but the wafers had that slightly stale taste this time. Still okay, just not as good as I was expecting.

I thought it tasted good overall. The flavor was nice, but for my taste it was just a bit too sweet.

I had a damaged pack show up from an order, which was frustrating because it’s not exactly something you expect if things are being packed properly. I reached out through nestle.com, and to their credit, they got back to me the next day.

They asked me to send a photo and a few details, then arranged a replacement without dragging it out or making me jump through hoops. The whole thing could’ve been avoided, but they handled the fix simply and fairly, so I’m giving them 5 stars

I pick up Nestle products regularly, the prices usually feel fair for what you’re getting. It’s not some fancy premium thing or anything, but the stuff is reliable and doesn’t feel overpriced, which I appreciate.
The multipacks are usually what I go for, especially with snacks and drinks for the house. They just make more sense for my family, and the quality has been consistent too, which, let’s be honest, is kind of the whole point when you’re buying the same items over and over.
For the money, I’m happy with it. I’ve tried some cheaper brands here and there, and they’re fine sometimes, but I usually end up coming back to Nestle anyway. Not exciting, maybe, but it gets the job done...

I was able to save a few bucks, which is always nice, right? The coupons are good when they work, though I do wish they were a little more consistent.

I only went on there to quickly find a snack option because I was kind of rushing, but there’s so much Nestle stuff to look through. Snacks, drinks, baby products, and even recipes were all easy to find. I probably spent more time browsing than I meant to, but that’s on me.

I’ve used nestle.com a few times when I wanted to double-check what’s in certain products, and it’s easy, easy to find the basics. The ingredients, serving sizes, and nutrition details are laid out without making me search forever. I still have to pay attention because not everything is exactly healthy, healthy, but I do like being able to compare options and choose what feels better for my family

I found the allergen info I needed without too much trouble, so that was good. I guess my only thing is... the labels took a little longer to load than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you're trying to check quickly

I wish the ingredient info was clearer and had a little more detail. When I tried to get clarification, it kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of just getting a straightforward answer. A simple, clearer breakdown would make a big difference.

I like that they’re talking about recycling and trying to make progress. That’s definitely a step in the right direction. But I’m still not totally convinced there’s enough real action behind it yet. You know, because apparently talking about recycling is the easy part.

I order from nestle.com now and then, and it’s always shown up sealed and still in date. I haven’t had any weird smells or busted packs so far, so that part feels good. I just wish they made the allergen info a little easier to find, because it can be kind of annoying to spot. Overall though, it feels safe enough for my family.
